MegaETH mainnet launch is imminent, global stress testing is ready to go

The official launch date of MegaETH’s mainnet has been finalized. According to the official announcement, this highly anticipated Layer 2 solution will go live on January 22nd, followed by a 7-day global stress test to prepare for the ecosystem’s official operation. This large-scale stress test is not only a technical validation but also an important window to showcase MegaETH’s performance capabilities to the market.

Seven-Day Stress Test, a Test of 11 Billion Transactions

The scale of this global stress test is rare in the industry. MegaETH will undergo a baptism of 11 billion transactions over these 7 days, aiming to achieve a high-performance level of 15,000 to 35,000 TPS (transactions per second). What does this data mean? Compared to Ethereum’s mainnet TPS of 15-30, MegaETH’s target performance has increased by over 1000 times, fully demonstrating its ambition as a high-performance Layer 2.
