What is the essence of liquidity in the crypto market? Ultimately, it is a clear understanding of value proposition. When a project or asset's application scenarios are sufficiently clear and its business logic is straightforward, buyers are willing to pay higher prices. This is not driven by emotions but is a rational pricing based on expectations. Conversely, projects that are vague and hollow in storytelling, even if they attract funds in the short term, will find it difficult to establish a stable liquidity foundation. The market will ultimately vote with its feet. Therefore, for any Web3 project, it is crucial to focus on two key points: clearly articulate your core value so that buyers can see the significance of this investment at a glance. Only then can you attract genuine liquidity rather than hot money.

It sounds good, but what about reality? Which of the hottest projects isn't just a slick story, while the fundamentals are actually quite blurry?
In fact, the projects that are truly clear are the ones no one wants; hot money is the real ruler of the market.

That's right, but what annoys me the most are those who talk about "rational pricing"... In fact, look at the coins that are skyrocketing now, which one isn't pumped up by stories... Honestly, a clear value proposition is indeed important, but without hot money driving it, who the hell would bother to look?

lol "rational pricing based on expectations" — just ran the numbers and most projects are still pricing in like 300% of actual utility. if you actually dissect the tokenomics vs real on-chain volume, there's massive basis points being left on the table. most teams can't even articulate their value prop without 15 slides of fluff tbh

Basically, you need to have real substance. No matter how good the story is, it's useless. I'm really tired of projects that constantly talk about grand narratives; in the end, they just end up zeroed out.
This hits hard—"The market will vote with its feet"—many people have already tasted this feeling. The key is to clearly communicate the value and avoid all those empty words.
Damn, it seems like most projects are still just making up stories... the ones with real practical applications don't seem to be gaining much popularity.
Clear value propositions are indeed rare. There are too many fishy projects in the current crypto space. This article hits the nail on the head.

Well said. I'm just worried that a bunch of projects can't even clearly explain what they actually do.
These days, anyone can brag, but what's important is having real substance.
Hot money comes quickly and leaves just as fast; genuine liquidity is the real key.

That's true, but what about reality? A bunch of project teams boast every day, whitepapers are flashy, and then they run away.
Projects with real clear value can indeed attract long-term funds, but the problem is that most retail investors simply can't tell who is telling the truth.

No matter how good the story is, it’s useless; in the end, it still depends on whether you can make money.
To put it plainly, is there a real product with real effort? If not, don’t fool people.
Indeed, those boastful projects will eventually fade away; the market has a keen eye.
Seeing through the value proposition at a glance? Ha, if it were that simple, no one would get caught.
A clear narrative can indeed attract liquidity, but these days, there are very few projects with clear messaging.
Hot money comes quickly and leaves just as fast; only genuine projects can last a long time.
Clearly explain the core value, and the rest is up to the market.
