The recent market fluctuations have been exhausting. Watching the earlier gains completely wiped out in the past two days, I really felt like I couldn't hold on anymore this afternoon.
At that time, the dark horse was at 1.3M, and I was actually considering whether I should liquidate everything. But luckily, I pressed the pause button in time and exited the trading interface to get some fresh air. Sometimes, the smartest move is to put down the phone temporarily.
Unexpectedly, after dinner, I received a price alert, and it shot up to 7M. Seeing it successfully go live, that feeling of loss and recovery instantly restored my mindset. Later, at 12M, I took some profits, and kept the rest.
This experience deeply reminded me: never get carried away in trading. Once there's a problem with your operation, the best thing to do is to step away from the computer and let your mind cool down. Many times, doing nothing is the best move. The market is always there, but if your mindset collapses, everything is lost.

Really, pressing the pause button at a critical moment saved you. I've also tried this trick, and it's truly brilliant.

Leaving the computer really saved my life. I've also had moments where I almost panicked and sold... but it rebounded just as I turned around.
