The phenomenon of Bitcoin exchange premium is worth paying attention to
The price difference of BTC on Coinbase compared to major overseas exchanges like Binance (Coinbase Premium) has recently been consistently negative. Why is this indicator important?
The Coinbase Premium reflects the price difference of the same asset across different markets—that is, the BTC price on Coinbase minus the BTC price on overseas exchanges. When this value is negative, it indicates that the quotes on major international exchanges are actually higher than Coinbase.
This phenomenon usually signals a shift in market sentiment. When the premium shifts from positive to negative, it often means that the flow of funds from large holders has changed, and market participants' expectations of price direction may be adjusting. For traders, changes in such on-chain indicators are often a window into the evolving market structure.

Coinbase premium turning negative... To be honest, I don't pay much attention to this, I prefer to watch what the big on-chain whales are doing.
Large funds are moving, and this signal is indeed a bit interesting, but no one can really say where the true bottom is.
These technical indicators are often best understood in hindsight.

The shift from premium to negative indicates that big players are turning around; it's time to be confident in your holdings.
