Breaking through mountain bandits is easy; breaking through the bandit in the heart is difficult.

Hello everyone, I am trader Gege. The neighboring gold has once again hit a new high, and the crypto circle continues to maintain range-bound fluctuations. Currently, the gold circle is filled with positive news everywhere, and all media financial figures are highly consistent in their voices. Y-moms from various countries are all allocating physical gold, and Trump has been emphasizing that the next Federal Reserve Chair will definitely cut interest rates. These apparent positives are like heavy artillery bombarding the market, and gold prices are rising step by step. However, in a market of competition, when consensus is highly unified, one must have a cautious mindset. Gege often says that when the market is highly unified, the trend often shows contrary market consistency. In a market where various forces and information intertwine, ultimately, it is human nature that is being contested.

Getting back to the main topic, let's talk about the technical aspect of Bitcoin's trend. The overall structure remains unchanged; the current structure is not completely destroyed. There isn't much more to say. This month’s monthly line forecast still has a high probability of closing as a doji K-line. Although on the weekly level, the current price is above 90,000, and the K-line is also above the MA7, the previous K-line's closing is not very attractive, ending as a small bearish candle with a shadow. On the daily level, the K-line is still operating within a large box pattern. Since breaking through the BOLL middle band and MA60, subsequent pullbacks and adjustments have not broken below MA60 and the middle band in real body. Therefore, in the short term, support around the middle band and MA60 can be relied upon for long entries. Do not expect a strong bullish surge breaking above 100,000 in the short cycle, because the key boundary I kept mentioning has not yet been tested — it is near the bottom of the upward trendline. As time passes, the current corresponding price is around 98,500.

From the perspective of the box structure, the upper boundary is near 95,000, the lower boundary near 85,000, and the central zone around 89,000. Short-term longs can consider support near the central zone. If a break occurs, then extend to observe support near the lower boundary. For shorts, it is still recommended to wait near the key boundary points mentioned above. Although resistance below 95,000 still exists, this price has been tested multiple times. The further it goes, the higher the probability of a box break. So, it’s more prudent to wait for the key boundary to enter. This is just Gege’s personal habit: after multiple tests of a price, I tend to stay on the sidelines, wait for a new structure to form, and then look for entry points.

In summary: Short-term, consider buying near 89,300-90,000; consider shorting near 97,500-98,300.
