#美联储重启降息步伐 $ETH From housewife to financial independence.

$BTC A hot mom with 900,000 lying in her account is now trading full-time with me. Every day, amidst the chaotic news and the ups and downs of candlesticks, she looks for her own trading rhythm and value.

$ZEC To be honest, almost all contract traders have experienced liquidation at some point—it's basically the standard tuition fee.

Her situation when she came to me was this: she lost her 500,000 principal down to just 1,200U. She wanted to quit but couldn't let go, and happened to be one of my longtime followers. So I accompanied her step by step, growing her 1,200U to 900,000U in three months. Now everyone calls her Sister Wang.

It sounds like a story, but in reality, it's just an ordinary person turning things around through consistent execution.

I set four strict rules for her:

1. Only trade one coin—BTC. The large market cap is less likely to be affected by news.
2. Maximum leverage of 20x. 100x leverage is too stressful.
3. Use only half of the available funds to open each position. For example, if you have 800U, only use 400U to open a position, and keep the other 400U as a buffer against price spikes.
4. Take profit at a 10% gain, cut loss at a 5% drop. No matter the outcome, stop after two trades each day.

After doing this for half a month, 1,200U became 78,000U.

The pace wasn't fast, but that was the first time she understood what it means to "win by surviving."

In the second stage, she started compounding—once the principal reached 30,000U, I changed the strategy, but kept the same rule framework, executing even more precisely:

1. Use half the position size. If the account has 35,000U, only use 12,000U.
2. After each profit, reinvest the additional profit—let the snowball grow bigger.
3. If you hit a stop loss, shrink back to the initial position size and start accumulating again.

This stage is all about patience. While others get liquidated overnight, she only earns a few points a day, but survives steadily.

After two months, the account grew from 35,000U to 600,000U.

Now Sister Wang withdraws tens of thousands every week, and daily expenses are no longer an issue. She bought her own house and achieved complete financial independence.

For a woman to turn around and establish herself in the crypto world, it’s not about some genius operation. It’s about following the trend and executing with discipline. No matter how good the method is, if no one executes it, it’s just wasted paper.

In fact, when the rate-cutting cycle comes, the market's expectation of looser liquidity often pushes up risk assets. People who understand trading discipline find their own rhythm in this window of opportunity. No impulsiveness, no greed—just focus on the parts you can control.

Discipline is easy to talk about but really hard to do; most people fall victim to greed.

To be honest, I saw through this set of rules and framework a long time ago. The key is still to follow discipline.

Discipline is easier said than done, and most people are planted in greed

To be honest, this set of discipline is more valuable than any technical analysis...

Discipline really is money, that's absolutely right.

That's right, discipline is key. Don't always think about going all-in.

Sister Wang's discipline is truly exceptional, but it's easy to be tempted by the market and break it. Sticking to it is really harder than the technical skills. Don't just look at the numbers; the key is that she didn't chase the hot trends.

It’s another one of those “from zero to hero” stories, sounds pretty cool, huh?

To be honest, discipline is more valuable than anything else, but very few people can truly stick to it.

To put it simply, just surviving is already a win—nothing beats that.
