#美SEC促进加密资产创新监管框架 Have you noticed an interesting phenomenon?

Friends who trade short-term contracts might recall: every Sunday, especially after 8 PM, those sudden spikes and crashes are nine times out of ten just fake moves. The market loves to mess with people’s mentality during this time period.

Ironically, this is actually a good opportunity for contrarian trades. You don’t need to be greedy and try to catch both long and short moves—just steadily grab one direction and that’s enough. But whatever you do, don’t impulsively chase the move—going long when it spikes up or short when it dumps. That kind of strategy is especially likely to get you slapped from both sides on weekends.

Really want to chase the trend? Wait until the US stock market opens the next day. The trend is more reliable then, at least the liquidity is back and you won’t be toyed with by a few big players.

$BTC The market has been swinging back and forth like this a lot on weekends lately. Have you had similar experiences?

It's true that this kind of thing is common on Sunday nights, but I think it's better not to move at all than to do it in the opposite direction - wait for liquidity to come back, anyway, there are more opportunities to make money

The wave at 8 o'clock on Sunday night is indeed a classic time for cutting leeks, and I have suffered losses several times before realizing this routine

ngl, those sunday dumps are basically whale footprints if you know how to read them... statistically speaking, the pattern breaks down pretty hard once nasdaq opens. it's not magic, just liquidity clustering and behavioral predictability. most ppl don't see it tho.

I’m all too familiar with the fake moves at 8 PM on Sunday. Every time I try to buy the dip, I get stuck holding the bag. Now I’ve learned my lesson and just go to sleep instead.

That move on Sunday night was definitely a trap. I've been caught several times before. Now I'm just waiting for the Monday market open before making any moves.

I'm all too familiar with this weekend trick—it's just the whales making noise. We just need to avoid following the crowd, that's all.

That tug-of-war on Sunday night was definitely a playground for the big players. I stopped getting involved a long time ago.
