#数字货币市场洞察 BTC and ETH Trend Analysis in the Early Morning of December 7

Let’s talk about Bitcoin first. The current situation on the four-hour chart is a bit awkward. The price finally managed to rebound and test the middle band, but it couldn’t hold its ground at all. The bears immediately pushed it down, sending the price straight to the vicinity of the lower band. A series of consecutive bearish candles have hammered the price down, repeatedly testing the support level below, which shows there’s significant selling pressure above.

It’s even clearer on the hourly chart—the short-term support at 88,000 has already been lost. Although the decline has temporarily slowed, you’ll notice those small rebounds don’t change the overall bearish structure. The market sentiment is quite cautious right now, with most capital clearly preferring to short on rallies, and there’s not much willingness to go long.

At present, it’s obvious that the bears have the upper hand, with resistance above and support below still being tested back and forth. If you plan to trade tonight, the high sell/short strategy remains the more prudent choice. Focus on whether the rebound has enough momentum, and look for opportunities to enter short positions near key resistance levels—remember to manage your position size and don’t get carried away. Also, keep an eye on whether the price will break through the current support area with volume—if it’s confirmed, the downside may open up completely.

Specific reference points for the early morning:
$BTC You can consider trying a short around 89,500, targeting 87,500.
For Ethereum, short around 3,000, targeting the 2,900 area.

Trade at your own risk, for reference only.
BTC-1.62%
ETH-3.79%

88,000 breaking is really boring, now it's just a matter of seeing if the 87,500 line can hold.

Once 88,000 was breached, it was immediately lost. The bears are really fierce this time; it's starting to feel a bit hopeless.

88,000 has been breached. The bears are really playing dirty this time, even the rebounds are being completely suppressed.

Dumping again, 88,000 didn't hold and broke down directly.

Airdrop suppression again, the 88,000 support is gone just like that. This wave really hurts a bit.

Even 88,000 has been broken. It's really time to be bearish now; it feels like there's a lot more room to fall.

88,000 is gone, this wave of bears is really ruthless. But the rebound was indeed too weak to push up, feels like it’s going to keep testing lower.
