Don't remind me again today

A new play has emerged in the Cryptography track. The open source project Zama, which focuses on fully homomorphic encryption (FHE), has recently made a big move - it plans to hold a "secretive Dutch auction" on Ethereum.

The event is scheduled from January 12th to 15th, during which 10% of the total ZAMA tokens will be auctioned off. The most impressive part is that they use their own FHE protocol to encrypt the entire bidding process, so no one can see how much you bid.

What problem does this design solve? In traditional auctions, scientist robots rush in and the Gas wars are intense, making it almost impossible for ordinary people to participate. The Zama solution claims to achieve true price discovery—no one knows others' bottom lines, so everyone has to bid honestly, and there is no room for rush bidding.

You can get it right after taking the shot, and it will be available for collection directly on January 20, with no lock-up period. The project team previously raised $73 million in Series A financing, and the mainnet is planned to officially launch within the year. If the FHE technology works, the privacy track may really welcome a new paradigm.

This time, they really played a new trick with on-chain auctions, it's my first time seeing ciphertext bidding. If FHE can really be used on a large scale, it will truly change the landscape for privacy. However, speaking of which, with 73 million in financing, putting out 10% of the tokens for sale seems a bit too conservative, right? Can everyone grab it? It feels like another robot carnival. The encryption circle of friends has new material for concept hype again, haha. If there really is no room for a rush, then it's purely price discovery, which is interesting.

Wow, this time it's really going to get interesting, the secret auction strategy is brilliant Bots can no longer take the lead? I just want to see how long it can last Is FHE really going to take off, the opponents of Privacy Coins are here Bankruptcy on January 12th? This is what on-chain auctions should look like, eliminating gas wars But speaking of which, can Zama hold up? I've seen too many tech hype trains crash before No lock-up position period is nice, at least there's no need to bet for 5 years If FHE can really be used, it will be the next hot topic Feels like another round of wealth codes, but this time the logic seems to hold up.

Can this secret auction trap really prevent Bots from snatching it away? It feels like there's still a way to bypass it.

Wow, it's another new trick from FHE, this time they actually encrypted the auction? This guy really knows how to play, the front-running bots are going to be out of jobs. The tokens are being sold at a ten percent discount, need to calculate the valuation carefully. It's a bit interesting, but I'm worried about whether the liquidity is sufficient. If FHE really succeeds in the privacy lane, it will definitely go to da moon. Is this mechanism reliable? Are there still any loopholes? Directly open for receipt without lock-up position, Zama is a bit wild.

This kind of blind auction design is really amazing, finally someone dares to eliminate the Bots stealing that trap.

Can FHE really do anything? It feels like it's just another concept being hyped up this year.
