Uncollateralized lending protocols are tapping into a credit layer that's been largely ignored in DeFi. Unlike traditional over-collateralized models, this opens up liquidity for users who can't lock up assets but have proven track records. It's a genuine step toward making crypto credit more accessible and capital-efficient.

Uncollateralized lending is indeed a concept, but to be honest, with such incomplete on-chain credit data, how can we determine a "proven track record"?

Unsecured lending? It should have been done this way a long time ago, the traditional over-collateralization model really ties your hands.
