【Chain News】PANews reported on June 25th that Derin Holdings 01709.HK announced that on June 24, 2025, the company entered into a non-binding term sheet with Via BTC Holdings Limited “Via BTC” for strategic cooperation. The group will deepen its cooperation with ViaBTC by establishing a joint venture to jointly engage in: i Cryptocurrency over-the-counter OTC trading; ii providing asset management and family office services to OTC and/or Cryptocurrency Mining clients; and iii other potential business collaborations, including but not limited to establishing BTC reserves and obtaining licenses from the Securities and Futures Commission for virtual asset trading and virtual asset management platform.
