The Degen Clarification Foundation uses part of its funds to issue call options, generating revenue based on the rise of DEGEN. The current nominal issuance amount is approximately $3 million and will change in the future. Meanwhile, the Airdrop and liquidity pool activities on the Alpha platform will update the economics page and reduce the Airdrop. Degen has not partnered with any venture capital firms.

[Block Rhythm] On June 23, Degen clarified in a social media post: The foundation has been using part of the funds to issue call options and generate revenue. These options are set far below the out-of-the-money level and will only take effect if DEGEN pumps. If DEGEN rises, some options may convert to USDC, which is a way to extend the runway and maintain self-funding. Currently, there is a nominal issuance of about 3 million USD, but it will vary each month.

The airdrop and some liquidity pool activities of a trading platform Alpha come from Airdrop 3 Pool, and the token economics page will be updated soon. Over the past few months, airdrops have been reduced, and fee subsidies will also be terminated after the launch of the Degen App. However, some venture capital firms are trying to trade off-market at discounted prices and then buy and sell in the market. Degen has no cooperation with these companies and has not provided any support.
