Gate News bot news, Reuters reported that on Tuesday, a federal judge blocked the Trump administration from refusing to issue passports reflecting the gender identity of transgender and non-binary Americans nationwide.
In April, Judge Julia Kobick of the Boston area issued a preliminary injunction allowing six transgender and non-binary individuals challenging the policy to obtain passports that align with their gender identity or bear an “X” gender designation during the course of the lawsuit.
