According to Mars Finance, the National Bureau of Statistics has issued the “Digital China Construction 2025 Action Plan,” which proposes to achieve multiple digital development goals by the end of 2025, including the added value of core industries in the digital economy accounting for over 10% of GDP, computing power exceeding 300 EFLOPS, and steady progress in the construction of the data element market. The plan also emphasizes improving the level of digital governance, promoting digital culture, digital society, and digital ecological civilization construction, as well as comprehensively enhancing digital security assurance capabilities and improving the digital governance system.
