The creation of Base network tokens has surged, with DEX volume reaching billions of dollars.

Gate.io News bot message, according to the @sealaunch_ data panel, the number of tokens created and the number of creators on the Base network have shown a significant rise in the past 2 months. The data shows that over 400,000 new tokens are added each month, and the number of token creators has reached 70,000.

Zora Coins contributed 90% of the Token creation volume and the number of creators in April. This rise trend is attributed to the support from multiple Launchpad platforms such as Virtuals, Clanker, Zora, Apestore, and Rainbow.

In the past 6 months, tokens created on various Base Launchpads have generated a total of $10 billion in DEX trading volume. Among them, tokens launched by Virtuals accounted for 47%, while Zora and Clanker accounted for 25% and 22%, respectively.
