• Note: Funds must remain in the wallet during the event period. Withdrawing funds will disqualify you from compensation.

• Eligible Tokens: Only MemeBox-listed tokens
• Trading Market: Transactions made via Gate Wallet

Compensation Rules

1. Only first-time Meme Coin traders using Gate Wallet (users who haven’t made any prior transactions, excluding deposits).
2. For a single wallet, you must trade ≥ 50 USDT within 7 days after the first trade.
3. Trades involving stablecoin pairs (e.g., USDT/USDC) or semi-stable pairs (e.g., BSOL/SOL) do not qualify.
4. If multiple wallets are used under the same device/UID, only the wallet with the highest trading amount will be eligible.
5. Eligible tokens must be from the MemeBox list—other tokens do not qualify.

6. Compensation Calculation:

   • Net P&L within 7 days = Deposit Amount - Asset Balance on Day 7
   • Withdrawing funds during the event period will result in disqualification.

Important Notes

• Compensation will be issued in USDT within 7 business days after the event ends.
• Rewards will be distributed to Gate Wallet (Ethereum/Solana/BSC network USDT).
• The platform reserves the right to review transactions and disqualify users engaging in fraudulent activities (e.g., Sybil attacks, wash trading).
• Gate Web3 holds the final interpretation rights of this event. In case of disputes, the official announcement shall prevail.

Compensation Tiers

Eligible Participants

• Users who have completed Gate KYC 2 verification.
• New Gate Wallet users trade on an unused device.
• Each new device can only receive compensation once.

Additional Notes

• Cannot be combined with other similar promotions. Each user is eligible for only one compensation reward (max 100 USDT). Rewards will be distributed within 7 business days after the event ends.
• Participants must strictly follow platform rules—malicious activities (e.g., wash trading, self-trading) will result in disqualification.
