According to the BNB team, BNB smart Chain (BEP20) upgrade will be activated on block height 23,846,001, estimated on 12 December. 2022 at 10:00 AM UTC; BNB Beacon Chain (BEP2) upgrade will be activated on block height 284,376,000, estimated on 14 December. 2022 at 07:00 AM UTC.
Gate.io supports the above network upgrades and will suspend BEP20 and BEP2 tokens deposits and withdrawals respectively during their respective upgrade. Trading of BEP20 and BEP 2 tokens will not be affected. Deposits and withdrawals of the BEP20 or BEP2 tokens will be resumed as soon as possible after upgrades.
