Are there investment products similar to stock index futures IM, IC that benefit investors more the longer they hold? (Because they can profit from the discount)

Because the futures contract’s position requires too much capital, I don’t want to allocate that much equity capital to build my position right now. Are there any investment products similar to this that can be considered equivalent to buying the spread at a discount?
Can I participate with a few hundred thousand? Options won’t be excluded.
