Futures Morning Report: Trump says Iran's ceasefire response is not good enough, wants to "take the oil," and the final deadline on the 7th cannot be changed.

Futures Morning News: On April 6, Iran rejected a temporary ceasefire, delivered a response containing 10 clauses to Pakistan, and called for the permanent end of the conflict, safeguarding the security of the Strait of Hormuz, lifting sanctions, and more, saying it would fight at its own pace. Trump said the response was “not good enough,” set the evening of April 7 as the final deadline, and threatened that if an agreement was not reached, it would destroy Iran’s bridges and power plants within 4 hours, boasting “take away Iran’s oil,” with the U.S. collecting transit fees for the Strait of Hormuz. Iran clearly refused to trade a temporary ceasefire for opening the strait and would not accept U.S. pressure.
