TCL Technology: Plans to acquire a 8.06% stake in Yida New Energy held by 50 shareholders, including Quzhou Zhidao Enterprise Management Partnership, for 258 million yuan.
TCL Technology announced that it plans to acquire 8.06% of the shares of Jidao New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. for a total consideration of RMB 258 million from 50 shareholders, including Quzhou Zhidao Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership), Suzhou Shanshi Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership), and others. At the same time, TCL Zhonghuan plans to increase the capital of Jidao New Energy with RMB 1 billion in cash and obtain 55.56% of the shares of Jidao New Energy after the capital increase. After the completion of the share transfer and the capital increase delivery, TCL Zhonghuan will obtain 59.14% of the shares of Jidao New Energy for RMB 1.258 billion, and will in total accept the voting proxy rights corresponding to 7.20% of the shares of Jidao New Energy held by Quzhou Zhizhi Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership), Quzhou Zhizhi Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership), Quzhou Zhixin Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership), Quzhou Linzhi Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership), Quzhou Ruizhi Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership), and Liu Yong, thereby collectively controlling 66.34% of the shares of Jidao New Energy.
