I just recently understood the symbols on this exchange. At first, I kept seeing people say 1K, 1M, 1B, but I didn’t know exactly how much they meant—it was pretty confusing.
Actually, it’s very simple:
1K is 1000, 1M is 1 million, 1E is 100 million, and as for 1B, it equals 1 billion (1 billion = 1 billion đồng or the corresponding unit). Finally, 1T is a thousand billion.
It’s pretty easy to remember if you know this rule. Next time you see those weird numbers on the exchange, you don’t need to panic anymore—just know what amount they represent. Do any of you still confuse these units?
