Beike Launches Strategic Transformation Peng Yongdong Leads the Establishment of the Change Management Committee
Asking AI · How does Peng Yongdong integrate three major businesses to reshape consumer experience?
[Beike initiates strategic transformation, Peng Yongdong leads the establishment of the Transformation Management Committee] Financial Associated Press, March 29 - Reporters have learned that Beike has today launched a strategic transformation, with Chairman Peng Yongdong leading the establishment of a Transformation Management Committee to drive the company’s shift from a transaction platform to a community living service platform. As an important implementation measure of this transformation, Beijing Lianjia has appointed three Chief Customer Officers, led by Peng Yongdong, to integrate the three major business segments of brokerage, Hui Ju, and complete decoration, and to be the first to implement the community living service model in Beijing. Stores will be repositioned as community service points, not oriented towards short-term transactions, but focusing on serving consumers’ housing decisions. Beike also clarified that all executives must move from “back office looking at reports” to the front line, streamline and relax ineffective assessment indicators for brokers, and focus on service itself.
