Nintendo cuts production of Switch 2 consoles by over 30%

On March 24, due to the holiday season sales last year falling short of expectations, particularly with weak performance in the U.S. market, Nintendo has significantly reduced the production of the Switch 2 console. Nintendo plans to produce 4 million units of this flagship product this quarter, a reduction of about one-third from the originally planned 6 million units, and this production cut is expected to continue until April.
