The original assessment agency, Zhongtong Cheng Asset Appraisal Co., Ltd., was replaced by Zhonglian Asset Appraisal Consulting (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. The new assessment agency will officially be responsible for the valuation of the fund’s real estate projects starting from February 26, 2026. This change aims to protect the interests of fund unit holders and ensure the smooth operation of the fund.
