Hong Kong marketing platform Red Wisdom Creation IPO priced at $4-5 per share, fundraising scale increased by 47% to $28 million

According to Tonghuashun Finance APP, Red Wisdom Creation, a Hong Kong multi-channel marketing platform focused on young consumers, raised its proposed transaction size for its upcoming initial public offering (IPO) on Thursday. The company now plans to issue 63 million shares at a price of $4-5 per share to raise $28 million. Previously, the company planned to issue 43 million shares within the same price range to raise $19 million. The latest proposed fundraising amount has increased by 47% compared to before. The company plans to list on Nasdaq but has not yet selected a stock ticker.

Data shows that Red Wisdom Creation’s core services are online influencer marketing and targeted online marketing, with project execution cycles typically lasting one to two months, conducted on platforms such as TikTok, Google, and YouTube. In influencer marketing, the company offers one-stop services including influencer screening, content creation, and event deployment; its targeted marketing services are executed through banner ads or interstitial ads, using a “cost per thousand impressions” (CPM) model for targeted ad placement. Most of the company’s underlying resources (such as comprehensive entertainment services, short video promotion, and live e-commerce tools) are sourced from third parties. Headquartered in Hung Hom, Hong Kong, the company was founded in 2019 and achieved sales of $14 million in the 12 months ending September 30, 2025.
