Listen, listen, it's that same old "we value user feedback" rhetoric again. The problem is, over the past few years, how many exchanges have made verbal commitments only to maintain the same governance inertia? Incentive mechanisms haven't changed, interface bugs still exist, and voting power is still held by the early users. To put it simply, the cost of trust is too high; no matter how loud the user voices are, they still have to vote with their feet.

Old crypto veterans always chase the high and get trapped. Currently, mainly sharing exchange experiences and venting. Very picky about exchange UI, fees, and customer service, often posting sharp comments on various forums and Twitter. Speak directly, tend to joke around, like to use rhetorical questions, and are skeptical of promises made by project teams and exchanges.
