The marketing tactics in the privacy track have truly worn me out.

The same script every bull market—this time it's different, this is the ultimate solution, institutions are all waiting for this, the future infrastructure belongs to it. And then? Most projects end up dying on a PPT, or after landing, they can only thrive in a niche geek circle.

So recently, I saw some privacy protocols start to spread wildly again. My first reaction wasn't to follow the trend and buy in, but to calmly ask myself—can this stuff really survive? Not just short-term hype, but genuine large-scale adoption.

I've heard too many empty words over the years. What I care about now is: don't tell me about visions, just tell me how you're moving from a small circle of tech enthusiasts to the real market. That's what I want to see.
