Official inflation reports? They're missing the mark on multiple fronts.
Flawed methodology, shaky data collection, and calculations that don't reflect reality—the numbers just don't add up when you look under the hood.
Here's what actually matters though: your personal inflation rate. Not what the government announces, but what's happening to YOUR wallet. How much is your cost of living really going up? That's the number you should be tracking, because it directly impacts your purchasing power and investment strategy. Ignore the official narrative—focus on what's real in your own financial situation.

Official data is all nonsense; it's better to do your own calculations. Wallets are the most accurate inflation calculator.

Official data? I don't even look at it. Anyway, every time I go to the supermarket, my wallet screams. This is the real inflation rate.

Honestly, official data has long become numb, and it's better to just keep an eye on your wallet yourself.

Official data should have been discarded long ago. What I care about now is how much the numbers in my wallet and gas fees have increased.
Everything else is nonsense.

Even noodle prices have increased, and you still trust official data? LOL
