Previous Bitcoin Cycles Analyzed, New Peak Emerged for BTC Price! Pay Close Attention to This Level!

The crypto analysis company Alphractal highlighted in its new statement assessing the long term price movements of Bitcoin that BTC has adopted a more mature and consolidated structure in each new cycle.

According to Alphractal’s analysis, Bitcoin historically reaches cycle peaks with multiples of the 2-year moving average (2Y SMA). However, these peaks are occurring at lower multipliers in each new cycle. This situation indicates that the market has matured and volatility has decreased.

• The company summarized the peak levels of past cycles as follows:
• In the early days, Bitcoin peaked at 2Y SMA ×15 levels.
• In 2017, this multiplier decreased to 10.
• In the 2021 cycle, there was a decline to levels of ×5 first, then ×2.65.
• In the latest cycle, Bitcoin failed to surpass the 2.65 multiplier again. This indicates that gains are narrowing and the market is achieving a more stable structure.

Alphractal noted that the current level of 2Y SMA ×2.65 is around 159,000 dollars, stating that if Bitcoin gains momentum, this level will be an important resistance point.

Finally, the company stated, “Although the gains are occurring within a narrower framework, the potential to exceed the 2-year average in every cycle is still alive. This indicates that the long-term strength in the market is sustained.”
