Preliminary data from Google Trends shows that during the week starting February 1, the global search volume for “Bitcoin” reached 100, the highest in the past 12 months. The previous peak occurred during the week of November 16 to 23, when Bitcoin fell below the psychological $100,000 level for the first time in nearly six months.
