According to the Gate.io News bot, Cointelegraph reports that the Missouri House of Representatives has passed Bill 594, which has now been submitted to Governor Mike Kehoe for approval. Attorney Aaron Brogan pointed out that due to the vague definition of Capital Gains Tax and income tax in Missouri tax law, once this bill takes effect, taxpayers’ capital gains income will receive a 100% income tax exemption. If this bill is ultimately passed, Missouri will become the first state in the United States to abolish Capital Gains Tax.
