BlockBeatsニュースによると、2月6日、公式の情報によると、Sci-Hubウェブサイトは新しい公式Xアカウント@scihubxを再登録し、引き続きオープンサイエンスを宣伝し、有料の壁を打ち破っています。2021年、当時の米国政府の圧力と学術独占グループの影響を受け、Twitterは一時的にトランプ@realDonaldTrumpとSci-Hub公式アカウント@SciHubを禁止しました。2022年、マスクがTwitterを買収した後、トランプアカウントの禁止が解除されましたが、Sci-Hubの旧バージョンの公式アカウントはまだ復活していません。
