Announcement on Tiered Redemption Fees for Quant Fund

To promote long-term investment, reduce trading losses caused by short-term market fluctuations, and enhance investors' long-term holding experience and return potential, the redemption fee structure and performance fee calculation method for Quant Fund will be optimized as follows:

1. Redemption Fee Adjustment

Effective immediately, Quant Fund will apply tiered redemption fees based on the holding period:

• Holding Period : 0 ≤ Days < 7 Redemption Fee Rate : 1.5%
• Holding Period : 7 ≤ Days < 30 Redemption Fee Rate : 0.5%
• Holding Period : ≥ 30 Days Redemption Fee Rate: 0%

Redemption Fee Formula: Redemption Fee = Total Redemption Amount × Redemption Fee Rate

Actual Redemption Amount Formula: Redemption Amount = Total Redemption Amount – Redemption Fee

2. Performance Fee Calculation

The trading team will charge performance fees for each redeemed portion, calculated as 30% of the profit generated from that portion. The performance fee will be calculated and deducted at the time of redemption.

3. Calculation of Actual Amount Received by Investors

The final redemption amount received by investors will be calculated in the following order:

1. Calculate the theoretical redemption amount
2. Deduct the performance fee (if applicable)
3. Deduct the redemption fee applicable to the holding period

The formula is as follows:

Actual Amount Received = (Theoretical Redemption Amount – Performance Fee) × (1 – Redemption Fee Rate)

4. Important Notes

This adjustment aims to encourage long-term holding and help investors avoid the costs and risks associated with short-term subscriptions and redemptions, allowing them to benefit more effectively from the long-term performance of Quant Fund. Investors are advised to manage their funds appropriately and make prudent investment decisions.
