Q1: Let’s start by getting to know you first. Can you please provide a quick self introduction for the community?

Francisco: Yes, let’s give a quick intro then.

For those around who don’t know about Exeedme, I’m Francisco Varela, the CSO and Chairman of @Exeedme. I’ve got plenty of experience being a serial entrepreneur since I have launched more than 5 successful ventures during 12 years. My huge passion for gaming made me create one of the first marketplaces exclusively for gaming gear.

That passion connected with the fact that I am from a city in Portugal, Braga, that has seen an exponential growth as the main brainpower of many crypto projects such as Utrust, Hold and Uphold. It made me start to explore how gaming could better take advantage of blockchain, crypto and NFTs innovations.
Currently we’ve been working a lot on products related to WEB3.0 and Metaverse that use On-Chain applications.

Q2: Wow! Amazing background! So Francisco, we’ve heard about the Soldiers Society, it seems to be a unique NFT Collection that gives you a wide amount of Benefits, can you tell us more about it?

Francisco: Great question about the Soldiers Society!
Our soldiers’ NFTs are certainly unique since they’re limited to only 3,333 combinations of beautiful NFTs Soldiers Outfits.
Recently we’ve made a Staking Pool where only Soldiers NFTs Holders were able to Stake, that’s one of its utilities from many others that will come during our whole platform development.

Soldiers Society in the current Metaverse environment allows Exeedme to create trustworthy tournaments since 85% of its funds goes directly to our prize pool, totally transparent On-Chain, but will also function as an access key for many upcoming eSports, Gaming perks and rewards.

Basically, being an $XED and Soldiers NFT holder leverage your awards and experiences in our platform while supporting this wonderful project!

Q3: As an Entrepreneur you’ve got a very good background while choosing the right ideas and putting yourself fully into the project, what were you thinking when you built Exeedme?

Francisco: We started conceptualizing @Exeedme in 2018. The idea has been building up with constant research and feedback from big gamers within the Gaming community.

In 2020 we gathered the right team to deliver on my vision: building a Blockchain powered Pay2earn platform that allows gamers at all skill levels to monetize their skills, that was simply the hottest idea I could get myself fully involved, we all loved it and Exeedme could fit perfectly an industry that has a lack of companies, the demand is very huge!

Q4: Exeedme has been releasing a lot recently with its NFTs, new games, tournaments and more. What are the further plans in terms of platform development and strategies?

Francisco: Sure thing, let me elaborate what we’ve got in mind.

Currently we’ve released the Soldiers NFTs which is part of our whole eco that is being built, part of it allows our On-Chain Crowdfunding Tournaments, the first one was our Fantasy League which is Fair and Transparent since the prizes can be verified On-Chain, and our awesome moments from each tournament that is an NFT with the best plays of each tournament to make it a perpetual moment for everyone.

We’ve been integrating many AAA games since the beginning (CS:GO, COD:Warzone, DOTA II) and many others are under integration and research, not only PC games but Mobile and Console games too!

Exeedme is also a HUB for other projects that wants to launch NFTs, create communities, GeoPoly has launched its NFTs with us a week ago and new ones will come!

Q5: Some are saying that Exeedme is also a Metaverse and Multiverse platform, how do those terms fit on Exeedme proposals?

Francisco: Great question, we are not only integrating a whole Soldiers society that has multiple benefits on in-game tournaments, but we are also planning to integrate multiple multiverse platforms on Exeedme, which allows an integration between multiple platforms and this can escalate very quickly.

This integration makes it much easier to exchange assets between all the virtual environments.

Q6: And for the last question before we move on to the questions from the community. Recently those Gaming tournaments became very common. So what’s the deal with them and Exeedme?

Francisco: The Gaming Tournaments VERY important for @Exeedme, the events we organize on Exeedme pushes a lot of engagement through the Gaming Communities and Blockchain related projects, our latest Fantasy League had around 16 Teams with Professional players so you can imagine all of those guys streaming and having fun in our platform, that’s awesome, right?

On the crypto side, we’ve made a Coingecko Tournament with a pretty good Prize pool as well. Such tournaments call the attention of many projects that want to do the same, even Axies Infinity participated!
