I won the physical prize, but I have not received the prize. I contacted customer service, but they did not resolve the issue. I filled out a work order, and the work order said that a specialist would resolve it, but there has been no specialist. After a while, the work order was closed. They said my account did not match, but the activity rules did not specify the account type. Besides, without my consent, they opened some kind of agent permission for me.
